VERUM Security · protective security and advisory practice

VERUM Security

Identify threats. Build protection. We connect risk assessment, licensed protective services and layered security planning. The work starts with assets, threat scenarios and real vulnerabilities — not a list of equipment.

Three protection directions

From threat assessment to a managed protection system

Each direction has distinct legal boundaries, outputs and availability. Scope is defined only after an initial assessment and written agreement.

Physical security

Protection of people, property and sites within an agreed assignment, written contract and the operator’s active licence.

Personal security system

Hidden-device detection

A core practice for detecting hidden devices and related technical information-leakage channels, available after licensing is complete.

Scenarios

When to review your security system

  • 01

Ownership, management or the group of people with access has changed

  • 02

A conflict, information leak or unexplained incident has occurred

  • 03

An executive, family, office, residence or critical asset needs protection

  • 04

Guarding, technical controls and procedures operate separately without one plan

  • 05

A move, refurbishment, critical meeting or new site launch is approaching

  • 06

Priorities and budget scenarios are needed before contractors are selected

Approach

One cycle instead of disconnected measures

The workflow follows a risk-led sequence: identify, analyse, prioritise, implement and review.

  1. 01

    Context and assets

Define what needs protection, from which scenarios and within which lawful boundaries.

  2. 02

    Threats and vulnerabilities

Assess access, space, procedures, human factors and existing controls as one system.

  3. 03

    Priorities

Separate critical gaps from secondary issues and define proportionate response options.

  4. 04

    Protection architecture

Combine physical, technical, procedural and behavioural measures in a coherent plan.

  5. 05

    Implementation

Set requirements and coordinate qualified providers where a separate licence or competence is required.

  6. 06

    Review

Check delivery against the agreed plan and define the cycle for periodic reassessment.

Outcome

What the client receives

  • A clear threat model and prioritised assets
  • Established vulnerabilities and assessment limitations
  • Immediate, short-term and planned actions
  • A layered protection concept and technical brief
  • Requirements for providers, access, procedures and response
  • A review plan for implementation and future reassessment

Legal basis

Licensed protective services

FAQ

Key working conditions

Does an assessment guarantee that no risk remains?

No. We record the circumstances, vulnerabilities and limitations established at the time of the work and provide proportionate recommendations. Threats and conditions can change.

Should plans and threat details be emailed at the outset?

No. An initial message only needs the type of site and the purpose of the enquiry, without sensitive detail. A secure channel and access protocol are agreed separately.

Who performs installation and specialist works?

We define requirements and the solution architecture. Work requiring separate permits or competence is performed by appropriately authorised specialist providers.

Can hidden-device detection be ordered now?

No. This service is being prepared and will become available only after the required State Service of Special Communications licence appears in the official register and its exact scope is confirmed.

Next step

Start with the context, not a list of equipment.

For an initial email, state only the type of site and purpose of the enquiry. Do not send floor plans, access codes, routes or other operational details before a secure channel is agreed.
