2. Information we may process
If you contact us, we may process your name, email address or phone number, organisation and position if you provide them, the contents of your message or call, and subsequent correspondence. The website and its hosting infrastructure may also process standard technical request data, such as an IP address, browser and device information, the requested page, and the date and time of access, for delivery and security purposes.
Please do not send passport or payment details, special-category personal data, restricted materials, or detailed dossiers on individuals by ordinary email. We will agree a more appropriate channel first if an assignment requires protected information.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, clarify a potential assignment, agree an appropriate communication channel, keep necessary business correspondence, and maintain website security. We do not use an initial enquiry for marketing communications without a separate lawful basis where one is required.
4. Recipients and infrastructure
Access is limited to authorised members of the operator's team who need the information to respond or administer the website. The infrastructure used for this purpose includes Vercel for website hosting and Google Workspace for corporate email. Hosting configuration or technical request processing may involve Global CDN; server-side functions: Frankfurt, Germany (fra1). Information may also be disclosed to public authorities only where required by applicable law.
5. Retention
Initial enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 180 calendar days after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised. It may be kept longer only where this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, perform an agreement, resolve a dispute or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. Data requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about your personal data or request its access, correction, deletion, restriction or other available action. Send the request to office@verumintelligence.com.ua. We may need to verify the requester's identity before responding.
